Returns and Exchanges

RETURN POLICY

We charge a restocking fee of 20% on all non-defective returns and exchanges. Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances. Items returned must be shipped back to us at your expense within our 14-day exchange period and must be in their original packaging and original new condition.

In the unfortunate event you receive a defective product, we do sincerely apologize. Please keep in mind that we do not manufacture everything we sell, we have limited control over the defect rate. However, we are here to help and will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange within the allotted period. Our warranty does not cover misuse of products, which has led to malfunctioning. Prior to sending any items back to us, you MUST open a new customer support ticket.

WARRANTY PERIODS

Our warranty period on most products is 14 days from the time of purchase.  Our warranty does not cover “Free or Gift with Purchase” items.  Our warranty does not cover misuse of products or products used in a commercial environment.  Some products have longer manufacturer warranties.

SHIPPING TIMES

In-stock orders will generally ship within 1 business day of cleared payment. Most orders will ship with ground service, and typically deliver within 1-6 business days. We are not a shipping company and can not guarantee any delivery times or dates.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (outside of Canada & USA)

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

All orders are insured to cover damages of up to $100.00 CAD. Additional insurance is available at an additional charge. If you wish to add more insurance coverage to your order, you will need to call our toll-free order hotline at 1-877-574-8886.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

You are responsible for entering your shipping address information. Please make sure we have all the correct information to ensure a smooth delivery. Include any additional information we may require, such as the unit number and apartment number. PO Box number, Buzz code number, etc….

If you fail to enter the correct shipping information, your parcel may not be delivered. In this event, it will be returned to our location, and you will incur additional charges. Our free shipping policy will only cover one delivery attempt.
