Carnival Canada sells concession equipment and related supplies, including but not limited to:

  • Popcorn machines and supplies

  • Cotton candy machines and accessories

  • Snow cone machines

  • Prize wheels

  • Concession-related equipment and parts

All products must be used in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable safety standards.

We are not liable for misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

4. Equipment Safety Disclaimer

Certain products sold on this site involve heat, electricity, or moving parts. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for safe operation and supervision

  • You will follow all the provided instructions and safety guidelines

Carnival Canada shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use.

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

We make every effort to display accurate product information, but errors may occur.

6. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including:

  • Suspected fraud

Generally:

  • Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Certain items may be non-returnable (e.g., consumables, custom orders)

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. Warranty

Our warranty period on most products is 14 days from the time of purchase.  Our warranty does not cover “Free or Gift with Purchase” items.  Our warranty does not cover misuse of products or products used in a commercial environment.  Some products have longer manufacturer warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carnival Canada shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or business

  • Injury or damage resulting from product use

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Carnival Canada and may not be used without permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
